Disney crowd forecast 🧾 [Buying Premier Access] The average ride is ¥1,750 — how many do you plan for?
Premier Access (DPA) gets treated as a decision you make at the gate. Counted line by line off the price list, the amount to set aside is mostly settled by two numbers: how many of you, and how many rides.
What you set aside is decided by a count, not by the price list. Attractions run ¥1,000 to ¥2,500 a ride, averaging ¥1,750, and everyone in the party pays separately. Three rides each puts ¥5,250 on one person, or ¥7,500 if you only pick from the dear end. How many you actually need is set by the date you chose.

Attractions cost ¥1,000 to ¥2,500 a ride, averaging ¥1,750. Billing is per person, per ride, so the envelope is rides multiplied by heads.
One ride each is ¥1,750 a head, two is ¥3,500, three is ¥5,250. Settle the count before the amount.
🎯 Budget at the average and you can come up short!?
The price list carries 16 attractions. 3 of them sit at the ¥2,500 ceiling and 2 at the ¥1,000 floor.
The names people arrive wanting cluster at the dear end, so an envelope built on the average misses. Multiply by ¥2,500 rather than ¥1,750 and the day holds.
And ¥2,500 is only the ceiling among attractions. The ceiling across the whole list is ¥3,500, and that one is a parade. Shows and parades number 9, from ¥2,500 to ¥3,500, so wanting one means a second envelope.

Budget against the list that will be standing on your date, not today's. A count taken off today's screen will not match a date months out. DPA coverage and prices is the reference for what is on it.

The chart above estimates the longest queue at each crowd level. At Wide open the longest line at Tokyo Disneyland is about 25 minutes; at Packed it reaches 135. DisneySea runs 30 and 155.
On a 25-minute day the envelope can stay empty. The price never moves with the date, so the only thing that moves is the count.
When you need DPA draws the line between those days.

Do it in this order. Fix the party size. Fix rides per person. Multiply by the ¥2,500 ceiling. Budgets built that way rarely fall short.
The whole bill including entry is a budget for four; whether the amount can be deleted by moving the date is what DPA costs vs moving the date.
