We counted all 57 days of February. The month averages Fairly busy against Normal for the year — 1 level apart — yet the raw average sits above the yearly one. Tuesday is the quietest day of the week, Saturday the busiest. Even so, 1 days land below the yearly average.

The usual explanations are graduation trips and Lunar New Year. We tested both against our own data, and neither accounted for how high February sits.
We do not have an answer for the cause. The result itself, though, did not move when the year changed.
What we have is the ranking. The reason stays unwritten until something actually explains it.

Picking the day beats picking the month. Only 4 of these days are public holidays, so the spread is mostly plain weekdays.
