From Oct 10, 2026 the adult 1-Day Passport has 6 steps on the official ticket page, so there are 5 boundaries to cross.

The smallest crossing is ¥500. Move your date without crossing a boundary and the price does not move at all. Days do not cost money here; boundaries do.

📐 One step, 2 different widths!?

The widths are ¥500 and ¥1,000 — 2 kinds. The narrow one appears 3 times, the wide one 2.

The same "one step" costs different money depending on where it lands. Hit a wide boundary and a single step is ¥1,000. The ladder itself sits in ticket price steps.

📉 Do you have to fall all the way to the floor?

Stepping down one at a time from the top, the running total goes ¥500 → ¥1,500 → ¥2,500 → ¥3,000 → ¥3,500. The full ¥3,500 only arrives after all 5 boundaries.

3 steps down already recovers ¥2,500, which is half the whole spread. You do not need to cross the ladder end to end to take most of what is there.

🧭 Which date sits on which step is only in the purchase flow!
